An English Bride, A Scottish Groom & An Irish Wedding Full of Craic!

Earlier in 2025 we met Michael & Emma for their pre-wedding shoot (check out the images here) and so when Autumn came around and it was time for their big day, we knew we were in for a real treat! There were pumpkins and pegs, a ceilidh and loads of craic. Check out some of our favourite photographs from this awesome day and awesome couple below…

After shooting some preparations, we headed down to one of our favourites Old Rectory in Killyman to capture the rest of the day. Michael & Emma met each other at the top of the aisle in the beautiful garden room, said their personal vows, exchanged rings and finally walked out as husband and wife!

Once a bit of mingling happened, and a few Guinness were had, we headed off for some portraits with the two of them. Having done a pre-wedding shoot, the guys knew exactly what to be at and honestly it was super easy to capture them as they truly are… completely head over heals for each other.

A few family shots and bridal party shots on, a bit more mingling, soon it was time to head into the reception room where the guests were met with loads of really lovely Autumnal details, like the iconic pumpkin table plan!

After speeches and dinner, we took the guys out for a couple of night time portraits just before heading with them onto the dancefloor for their incredible ceilidh. Michael being a proud Scotsman, the moves were veracious and it was awesome to see him and his guests giving the dances 10/10 effort!

Michael & Emma are just the sweetest, most made-for-each-other couple we have ever met. They are like two peas in a pod and it was honestly such an honour to meet them and spend the day capturing the happiest day of their lives. We’re always telling couples to ‘be themselves’ and Michael & Emma absolutely nailed it. They literally smiled and joked around the whole day, which relaxed their guests and allowed them to enjoy every second of their dream wedding. They were a real joy to shoot!
